As our Janitor, you’re the behind-the-scenes hero who keeps the resort sparkling—from the lobby to the spa to the staff areas. Your pride in creating a secure, spotless, and welcoming environment helps guests relax, helps colleagues shine, and ensures every experience feels five-star from the very first impression.

What you'll do
Clean and sanitize lobbies, hallways,



restrooms, spa spaces, and staff areas
Maintain laundry rooms, storage areas, and kitchen back-of-house spaces
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors across the property
Empty garbage and recycling bins, ensuring proper disposal practices
Respond promptly to cleaning requests and light maintenance needs
Monitor and restock cleaning supplies, reporting low inventory when needed
Safely handle and store cleaning products and equipment
Report maintenance issues or damages observed during shifts

What you'll bring
Previous janitorial, custodial, or housekeeping experience is an asset, but not required—we’ll train the right person
Solid attention to detail and pride in keeping spaces clean and orderly
Ability to work independently while supporting a team-oriented team
Comfort with physical work: lifting up to 30 lbs, bending, standing for long periods
Basic knowledge of cleaning products and equipment
A positive, reliable, and professional attitude
