Reporting to the CFO, this full time position involves overseeing the finance department while handling daily accounting duties and financial analysis. You will be responsible for preparing financial statements, tracking budgets, and maintaining compliance with various funding agreements.

Your leadership and analysis will play key roles in sustaining The Link’s impactful programs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Mentor finance staff and oversee their activities (5 total)
- Review monthly financial transactions and journal entries




- Prepare and analyze organizational financial statements
- Manage the annual operating and capital budgets
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures

Requirements:

- 3-5 years of experience in a financial role
- Professional accounting designation (CPA) preferred
- Strong leadership and analytical skills
- Proficient in advanced Excel and accounting software
- Genuine passion for community service
