We are seeking a Senior Product Manager who will spearhead the development and execution of our AI‑driven automation tools tailored for revenue operations. This role is pivotal in shaping our product strategy and ensuring that our offerings meet the evolving needs of our clients.

What you’ll do Oversee the product strategy for advanced systems that manage critical functions such as pricing, billing, contracting, and compliance, ensuring they align with user needs and business goals.
Design comprehensive user journeys for AI‑enhanced workflows, prioritizing high‑quality user experiences and making iterative enhancements based on user insights.
Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure a balance between system reliability and customer satisfaction while effectively launching new features.
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) that measure efficiency, user adoption rates, and accuracy of the automation tools.
Work in partnership with the Solutions and Customer Success teams to gather and analyze user feedback, aiding in onboarding processes and identifying potential automation opportunities.
Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor offerings,



ensuring our product remains competitive and innovative.
Facilitate cross‑functional meetings to align stakeholders on product vision, updates, and timelines, fostering a collaborative environment.
Mentor junior product team members, providing guidance on best practices in product management and user‑centered design.
Requirements A minimum of 4 years of experience in Product Management or Design, specifically within B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or developer platforms.
Demonstrated success in launching AI‑driven features into production, with a focus on building user trust and enhancing user experience.
Strong design sensibility, with an emphasis on interaction design and user experience rather than solely on documentation.
Proven ability to excel in a startup atmosphere, showcasing ownership, agility, and a results‑driven mindset.
Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex ideas to technical teams, customers, and marketing departments.
Experience in agile methodologies and familiarity with product management tools.
Nice to have Background in technical domains such as fintech, compliance, billing systems, data pipelines, or APIs, which would enhance understanding of our product landscape.




Familiarity with user experience research methods and tools to gather insights effectively.
Previous experience working in a fast‑paced startup environment, contributing to rapid product iterations and launches.
Skills & tools Proficiency in AI agent and infrastructure development, enabling the creation of intelligent systems.
Expertise in revenue operations workflows, ensuring seamless integration of product features.
Solid capability in product strategy formulation and roadmap execution, aligning with business objectives.
Experience in fostering cross‑functional collaboration, ensuring all teams are aligned towards common goals.
Practical notes The base salary for this position ranges from $130,000 to $180,000 CAD, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
In addition to the base salary, the compensation package includes an equity plan, providing an opportunity for ownership in the company.
