Stantec is hiring an Electrical Distribution Designer in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. This role offers a chance to engage in underground and overhead electrical distribution projects effectively.

As part of the Distribution Design team, you'll interact with clients to gather service requirements and develop tailored design solutions. Your responsibilities will span design, project management, and stakeholder communication to ensure timely and effective project execution.

Ideal candidates will be eligible or registered as an EIT in Canada and possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering with superior interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design electrical distribution systems meeting project specifications
- Develop solutions in compliance with safety regulations




- Create project cost estimates and manage resource lists
- Build and maintain client relationships through explicit communication
- Support team members with technical guidance and project oversight

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (Power Systems preferred)
- Eligible or registered EIT in Canada
- Proficiency in project management and organizational skills
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
- North American power distribution experience is beneficial
