Supporting junior team members and maintaining accurate documentation are critical tasks as you execute continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and update machining procedures and standards
- Assess and resolve non-conformances effectively
- Design and maintain tooling and fixture documentation
- Conduct manufacturability reviews for new projects
- Lead medium-scale engineering projects in office
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering required
- 3-5 years of machining experience in manufacturing
- Hands-on experience with CNC and manual machining
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities
- Experience with AutoCAD and Solid Works desired
