Strait Richmond Hospital is looking for two Emergency Medicine Physicians. Provide high-quality emergency care in Richmond County, Nova Scotia, in a community-centered environment.

In this role, you will perform full emergency services, cover shifts, and respond to medical calls. Teamwork with interdisciplinary services like palliative care and physiotherapy is a priority. Professionalism and adherence to the Medical Staff Bylaws of the Nova Scotia Health Authority are required to support excellent patient outcomes in this Level 3 emergency department.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver comprehensive emergency care within the Eastern Zone
- Participate in shifts and medical call responses
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare staff
- Uphold the quality of practice as per regulations
- Maintain strong skilled responsibilities

Requirements:

- Required certifications: ATLS, ACLS, PALS
- Mandatory advanced airway training
- Full-time or locum options available for qualified individuals
- Strong commitment to the standards of medical practice
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
