Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise multi-discipline cost estimates and construction schedules
- Develop detailed estimates for architectural and structural components




- Validate material takeoffs from design drawings
- Compile input from all estimating disciplines into one estimate
- Prepare basis of cost estimate report deliverables

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 10 years in estimating and construction roles
- Experience with commercial, industrial, and institutional projects
- Robust proficiency in estimating software like InEight or Sage
- Client-facing experience and leadership capabilities
