Our mission is to provide an exceptional dining experience with warm hospitality, great food, and an inviting atmosphere for all our customers.ResponsibilitiesAssist in supervising and coordinating front-of-house and kitchen staff to ensure productive service and adherence to company standardsSupport the implementation of daily operational plans, including staff scheduling, task delegation, and workflow coordinationMonitor staff performance during shifts, provide guidance, and assist with training new employeesEnsure food quality, presentation, and service standards are consistently met during all operating hoursAssist in maintaining compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and food handling regulationsSupport inventory control processes, including monitoring stock levels, receiving deliveries,
