- Training , monitoring , and reinforcing food safety procedures for team members.
- Acting as Cash Manager as needed, including setting up cash registers at opening and verifying cash at closing.
- Performing walk-throughs to ensure the restaurant is ready to open, close, and manage rush periods.
- Working closely with the Restaurant Management team to train , develop , and communicate with team members, maximizing retention.
- Supervising , coordinating , and delegating operations tasks , ensuring compliance with Company policies .
- Maintaining proper team coverage through effective scheduling, ensuring that all customer service standards are met.
- Resolving guest-related issues effectively to ensure a positive customer experience .
