Elevate media operations as the Director of Media Strategy at Electronic Arts. This hybrid role in Los Angeles, Kirkland, or Vancouver requires a focus on partnership and operational excellence.In this position, you will work within the Growth Marketing Organization to manage and enhance media operations and partnerships. Reporting to the Sr. Director Growth Operations, your leadership will guide the Franchise Media team towards optimized processes and successful partnerships. You will engage with technology providers and internal teams to surround our gamers with premium experiences across franchises, including Battlefield and Plants vs.



Zombies.Key Responsibilities:Develop operations to fortify media strategy initiativesOversee media budget management and performance reportingDirect partnerships with marketing and creative departmentsLead enhancements in operational tools and workflowsImplement strategic plans for process improvement initiativesRequirements:Minimum 10 years in media strategy and buyingAt least 5 years of leadership experience8+ years designing operational frameworksProven history in leading significant organizational changesStrong project management skillsUtilize your strategic acumen at Electronic Arts to redefine media operations in interactive entertainment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
