The Turnaround Maintenance Scheduler is responsible for developing, maintaining, and controlling the integrated turnaround schedule to ensure all activities are logically sequenced, resource‐aligned, and executable within the approved outage window. The role provides schedule visibility, critical path control, and scenario analysis to support safe, efficient, and predictable turnaround execution.Schedule Development & ControlDevelop and maintain the fully logic‐linked, resource‐loaded turnaround scheduleIntegrate all approved scope, work packages, and project activities into the master scheduleEstablish schedule milestones, phase gates, and schedule freeze pointsEnsure schedule alignment with turnaround execution strategy and constraintsAudit turnaround planners input into Primavera P6 e.G. codes, resources, wbs, cbs etc. Provide Primavera export data to Controls teamIntegrated, logic driven turnaround schedulesCritical path and schedule risk analysesDaily, weekly, and milestone progress reportsSchedule recovery plans and scenario analysesCritical Path & Risk ManagementIdentify and manage critical path and near‐critical path activitiesPerform schedule risk analysis, logic reviews, and sensitivity studiesHighlight schedule threats, float erosion, and recovery opportunitiesSupport contingency and mitigation planningSchedule Mechanics Checks with SEAM Progress Measurement & ReportingEstablish progress measurement rules and update methodologiesCollect, validate, and update schedule progress during executionProduce schedule reports, dashboards, and look‐ahead schedulesCommunicate schedule status, variances, and forecast completionIntegration & CoordinationCoordinate with turnaround planners to ensure accurate activity logic and durationsAlign schedule with contractor plans, execution sequencing,
