Job SummaryDesigns, builds, launches, and measures end-to-end enablement programs that drive revenue outcomes and field performance. Partners with Enablement Business Partners and cross-functional stakeholders to assess needs, define strategic learning objectives, and deliver scalable solutions aligned to global sales and partner priorities. This role sits within the Enablement Programs team and operates across the full program lifecycle—from discovery through launch and adoption—while collaborating with Enablement Business Partners for intake and prioritization and with Enablement Services for production, delivery, logistics, and vendor management. Success in this role requires strong ownership, a bias for action, and the ability to drive execution independently while validating assumptions, asking thoughtful questions, and ensuring alignment with stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesIntake, Discovery & AlignmentPartners with the appropriate Enablement Business Partner to conduct structured discovery with business stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs)Assesses performance gaps, field readiness, and success criteria across skills, processes, tools, and behaviorsAligns program objectives to business priorities and revenue targetsValidates scope, priorities, and success metrics with stakeholders and secures executive sponsorshipEnablement Strategy alignment & Proposal DevelopmentDevelops formal enablement proposals aligned to business priorities, revenue objectives, and strategic learning goalsDefines program scope, target audiences, success metrics, and recommended approachSecures stakeholder alignment and sponsorship for proposed solutionsCreates comprehensive project plans and timelines covering the full program lifecycle, including design, development, delivery, rollout, and reinforcementIdentifies resource requirements, dependencies,
and risksProgram Design & DevelopmentLeads end-to-end design of enablement programs, including learning journeys, tools, resources, and reinforcement mechanismsCollaborates with SMEs across the business to develop content and assetsIncorporates field insights via surveys, interviews, pilots, and focus groupsEnsures alignment with global standards and reuse of existing assets where appropriateProgram & Project ManagementOwns execution from design through launch and adoptionMaintains detailed plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and timelinesCoordinates cross-functional contributors across Business Partners, Services, and stakeholder teamsProvides regular status updates to stakeholders and leadershipLaunch & AdoptionPartners with Enablement Services to produce, schedule, and deliver enablement experiencesEngages field champions and leaders to drive adoption and sustainmentSupports train-the-trainer activities as neededEnsures readiness for global rolloutCoaching & ReinforcementWorks with sales and partner leadership SMEs to embed coaching practices and reinforcement strategiesProvides leaders with tools to support ongoing behavior changeCommunicationsDevelops program communication plans aligned to broader GTM messagingCoordinates announcements, reminders, and just-in-time resourcesMeasurement & Continuous ImprovementDefines success metrics and measurement approachTracks adoption, effectiveness,
