With the support of more than 30,000 team members, we promote a forward-thinking philosophy built on a foundation of trust, dignity, respect, responsibility, and clinical excellence.Role OverviewAs a Supervisor – Lab Facility, you will lead laboratory operations, staff performance, and compliance efforts while ensuring high-quality diagnostic services and continuous operational improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesOverseeing laboratory staff and daily departmental operationsHiring, onboarding, and scheduling staff to ensure appropriate coverageConducting performance evaluations and coaching team members for growth and developmentEnsuring timely and accurate laboratory testing and result reportingSupporting staff competency, training, and validation processesTroubleshooting issues related to testing, equipment,
