The Opportunity:
We’re looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our team as a shared resource supporting multiple engineering teams.This hybrid role blends traditional DevOps responsibilities withsomesite reliability engineering practices.You’llbe building andmaintaininginfrastructure, improving deployment pipelines, and ensuring the reliability, performance, and scalability of our systems.
As a resource shared across teams,you’llneed to context-switch effectively, build strong relationships with multiple stakeholders, and bring consistency to how infrastructure and operational practices are applied across the organization.Our next DevOps Engineer will contribute to shaping ourtechnologyculture and propel our product development teams to rapidly deliver high-value software.
Our cross-functional pods have built a world-class platform that supports all three of our lines of business and tackles new revenue-generating problems every day. You will have the opportunity to suggest ways to improve the existing architecture and technical debt as well as provide insight tooptimizetheObjectwayDigital Client Onboarding (ODCO) platform and make it more scalable.Our Engineers are able to see the positive impact of their work not only on the company,
but on the wealth management industry as a whole.

Howyou’llmake animpact:
- Our DevOps function is on a high growthpath,and we are looking forsomeonewhocan bolster the creation of our own set of internal tools and (IaC) Solutions
- This role holder will be instrumental in setting and placing the foundation of the DevOps tools and system
- You’llbe able to provide significant input on the optimization and scalability of our current platform supporting our clients

WhatYou’llBring to our Team:
- 4+years' experiencein DevOpsorSRE,configurationmanagementand software deployment as well as infrastructure
- Demonstrated experience coaching and mentoring other engineers
- A proventrack recordof working with preventive / predictive maintenance techniques
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS
- Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes
- Experience with Argo CD andGitOpsdeployment practices
- Experience with Infrastructure asCode (e.g.Terraform).
- Experience with Kong, AWS API Gateway, or similar API gateway technologies
- Experience with message queue systems such as Kafka, SQS, RabbitMQ
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, load balancing, VPCs, firewalls, etc.)
- You have experience writing code and have experience in the automation, configuration, and application performance management tools
- You are a self-starter withdemonstratedability to work independently and in a team environment
- A high levelof individual initiative in a fast-pacedenvironment focused on delivering reliable andconsistentsolutions.
It would be OUTSTANDING if you had:
- Experience in working with databases like Mongo & Postgres or DBA Knowledge
- Some experience with Windows server administration / environments
- Enterprise-scale systems deployments and operations on AWS
- Previousexperience working on SaaS products in highly regulated environmentsExperience in a high-growth startup/scaleup and having built DevOps systems and tools
$140,000 - $165,000 a year

- 60min “Meet the Team” technical interview
- 45 min “leadership interview” with decision makers
