Overseeing a team of multi-disciplined engineers and technicians who provide technical support to the various coastal agencies, the Coastal Engineering Services Manager ensures all technical aspects of the program are well communicated and addressed, ensuring all operational programs are satisfied. Examples include but are not limited to execution of assigned corrective maintenance, certification requirements, risk assessments, execution of test and trials, as well as timely investigation of technical problems. As such, the Coastal Engineering Services Manager interacts with all external key stakeholders, such as Fleet Technical Authority (FTA), Fleet Maintenance Facility (FMF) and Fleet Technical staff, but also internal to Thales such as Service Delivery (SD) and Life Cycle Material Managers (LCMMs).
