We prioritize our colleagues, clients, and communities, and we are purpose‐driven and community focused.ResponsibilitiesLeading and executing a wide range of large to mid‐sized audits, review engagements and compilationsExperience working with owner‐managed private business clients within a public practice scopeAnalysis and review of corporate and personal income tax returnsResearch and business advisory of complex accounting and auditing mattersProviding solutions to our clients for accounting matters and working with them for growth in current business and financial conditionsLeading and executing client engagements under varying reporting frameworks across different industries and sectorsContributing to recent business development by understanding all Doane Grant Thornton services and using your credibility in the fieldActing as a leader in the business unit, service line, and firm by actively contributing to the development and execution of the office business planParticipating in the coaching and performance management process of the practice by conducting timely performance reviews, providing ongoing feedback and training to develop junior team membersMaximizing engagement profitability by effectively utilizing engagement resourcesPlanning and leading teams to ensure that client expectations are exceededSupervision and mentoring of an accounting team, including the review of filesLeading through the coaching and performance management process of the practice by providing ongoing feedback, conducting timely performance reviews,
