Job DescriptionFAMILY PHYSICIAN – STE. ROSE DU LACPosition SummarySte. Rose du Lac Health Centre is a 26‐bed acute care and 65‐bed long‐term care facility. Services offered include Diagnostic, Emergency, Palliative, and Mental Health.Prairie Mountain Health is seeking a Family Physician to join the Ste. Rose du Lac Health Centre. Duties to include: performing all duties associated with a family practice, including diagnosing and treating diseases, physiological disorders, and injuries of patients; acting as the primary care provider and providing continuous care toward the management of patients' health.The physician will also share in the Emergency Department on‐call schedule and will cooperate and coordinate coverage with other physician colleagues.Work LocationOn‐site – Ste Rose du Lac Health Centre (480 3rd Ave SE, Ste. Rose, MB R0L 1S0), Dr. Gendreau Personal Care Home Services (515 Mission St, Ste. Rose, MB R0L 1S0).
