In particular, that includes creating an equitable, inclusive and growth-focused setting for our people.About This TeamThe Legal Compliance team partners across the global organization to enable responsible growth by managing legal and regulatory risk across product integrity, sustainability, trade compliance, and supply chain operations. The team works closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure compliance with evolving global regulations while supporting business innovation and operational excellence.Core ResponsibilitiesProvide strategic legal advice on product compliance, trade compliance, sustainability, sanctions, and responsible supply chain risksPartner with Product Integrity, Sustainability, Trade, and other stakeholders to identify and mitigate legal and enterprise riskSupport and advance the global Compliance Program, including policy management, training, and third-party risk initiativesMonitor and report on emerging legislation, regulatory developments,
and litigation impacting the businessEducate cross-functional partners on evolving compliance requirements and risk mitigation strategiesManage outside counsel and external advisors on complex compliance and trade-related mattersPresent updates and recommendations to senior leadership on key legal and compliance risksCoach and guide team members, delegating work and ensuring accountability for outcomesQualificationsJD or equivalent from an accredited university, with active bar admission or ability to register as in-house counsel5+ years of relevant legal experience in-house or at a law firmDeep expertise in compliance, regulatory, and trade-related legal mattersStrong business judgment and ability to manage complex legal riskExcellent communication skills with the ability to translate legal conceptsAbility to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic, and ambiguous environmentStrong collaboration and influencing skills across cross-functional teamsDemonstrated leadership and team management capabilitiesmust havesAcknowledge the presence of choice in every moment and take personal responsibility for your lifePossess an entrepreneurial spirit and continuously innovate to achieve great resultsCommunicate with honesty and kindness and create the space for others to do the sameLead with courage, knowing the possibility of greatness is bigger than the fear of failureFoster connection by putting people first and building trusting relationshipsIntegrate fun and joy as a way of being and working, aka doesn't take yourself too seriouslyAdditional NotesAuthorization to work in U.S. is required for this role. The typical hiring range for this position is from $ 177,500 - $233,000 annually; the base pay offered isbased on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
