The team will perform analysis, development and ongoing support of key Salesforce components and the related ecosystem. The Manager will manage a team of Software Engineers and work closely with System Integrators (DevOps), Solution Architects and Product Management to deliver high‐quality software and ensure that system components operate correctly once deployed. The Manager will also be responsible for performance management of employees and contractors and career development of team members.In this role you'll:Deliver high‐quality software efficientlyProvide technical and personnel leadershipPerform code reviews and provide feedback to team membersPerform systems maintenance tasksLead and mentor team members in technical and procedural aspects of software developmentWork with Product Management to turn high‐level business requirements into technical tasks and provide estimates for implementationEnsure product quality and reliability in production environmentsLead Software Development activities in an Agile workflow with Scrum, backlog grooming,
