Position Overview
The Innovation Process Manager will oversee the end‑to‑end innovation portfolio process focused on transforming ideas into measurable business value. This role will support the development, operationalization, automation, and governance of scalable innovation portfolio systems within the Global Technology & Operations (GTO) organization. The ideal candidate will bridge creative ideation with operational execution by improving innovation workflows, enabling leadership visibility, driving collaboration, and supporting strategic innovation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Manage and support the end‑to‑end innovation portfolio and pipeline processes
- Design and implement process artifacts including impact vs. feasibility matrices, intake forms, and process documentation
- Refine and optimize innovation process frameworks, SharePoint sites, and process workflows
- Create agendas, templates, and supporting documentation for GTO Innovation Steering Committee meetings
- Architect and manage GTO Innovation Teams channels and collaboration platforms
- Identify opportunities for cross‑functional collaboration on innovation initiatives, technologies, and experiments
- Identify and recommend automation opportunities to improve portfolio efficiency and reduce manual effort
- Design, create, and document workflow automations using approved Microsoft tools
- Develop communication plans and deployment strategies for innovation process improvements
- Execute migration and transition activities for existing innovation submissions and experiments
- Define, track, and analyze innovation portfolio KPIs including throughput, experiment progression, and value metrics
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and leadership reporting views
- Prepare monthly portfolio status updates and automate reporting processes where possible
- Design and establish the External Signals Library governance framework and tracking process
- Create and maintain external technology signal libraries using approved collaboration tools
- Develop a 70‑20‑10 training plan focused on AI and innovation capability building
- Reuse and adapt internal learning resources to support capability development initiatives
- Collaborate with leadership, stakeholders, and experiment owners to support innovation program success
