and level and regulatory requirementsPro-actively lead and coordinate the planning and management of assignments in an efficient and effective mannerLead practice and professional development initiativesEnsure team members are properly managed and motivated and that staff needs, including mentoring, training and development, are identified and acted uponDevelop long term relationships and networks, both internally and externallyManage engagement financials including budgets, WIP, variances and billingGenerate new business opportunities by developing ideas and solutionsWhat you bring to the tableA Canadian CPA, CA designationMinimum 7 years of public accounting experienceStrong technical knowledge including Accounting Standards for Private Enterprises and Canadian corporate and personal taxExcellent proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams), Caseware/Caseview, TaxPrep, QuickBooks Online and/or any other tax preparation softwareExcellent attention to detail, interpersonal, verbal and written communication, project management and organizational skillsProfessional manner, robust work ethic and ability to consistently meet time sensitive deadlinesExperience leading, mentoring,
