Base pay rangeCA$150,000.00/yr - CA$210,000.00/yrJob DescriptionInsight Global is hiring a Director of Industrialization for a leading aerospace client in Calgary, Alberta 5 times a week on site on a permanent basis. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving the design, construction, and operational readiness of a new aerospace manufacturing campus. You'll ensure that facility infrastructure and production systems are fully integrated to support efficient, protected, and scalable operations. This Director will also be hiring 8 Industrialization Managers that will be joining the team. Relocation package will be provided for candidates relocation from out of province.Required Skills & Experience10+ years in aerospace manufacturing, industrial project management,
