Your New Role: Collaborating with the Estimating Manager and Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the development of new market initiatives and business opportunities. Your focus will be on leveraging regional resources and assets, while considering current industry trends and the competitive landscape. Additionally, you will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, government entities, and the public, ensuring estimating deliverables align with the proposal strategy. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Estimator specializing in ICI Construction to join our team.



The successful candidate will be instrumental in accurately estimating costs for construction projects, contributing to competitive bids and successful project delivery. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to develop comprehensive and precise estimates. This is a full time, permanent position based in our Arnprior, ON office. The role will involve occasional on-site visits across Eastern and Northern Ontario as required. Specific Duties and Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with all Sullivan policies and procedures. Analyze contract documents, including isometric, as-built, and engineering drawings, as well as specifications for various project types (e.G., hard-bid/lump-sum, construction management, design-build) to determine overall requirements (bonding, insurance, etc.). Perform quantity, material, and labor take-offs from drawings, specifications, and related documents. Lead pricing of general expenses and project-specific requirements for medium to large projects.
