Business Development Representative to drive growth across one of the most active oil & gas production regions in North America. Our client is an engineering and manufacturing company that designs cutting-edge production optimization technologies for the upstream oil & gas industry. Their solutions help producers improve production efficiency, reduce operating costs, increase equipment reliability, and optimize field operations. This is an outstanding opportunity for a true hunter who enjoys building relationships, opening new accounts, and growing market share within a well-established territory.The OpportunityReporting to the Canadian Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and winning new business with upstream oil & gas producers throughout Northwest Alberta and Northeast British Columbia. While you'll inherit a small portfolio of existing customers, your primary focus will be on prospecting, developing new opportunities, and expanding the company's presence across the territory. Supported by an experienced team of engineers, technologists, and technical specialists, you'll act as a trusted advisor to operations teams, production personnel, engineers, and corporate decision-makers. This is primarily a sales and business development role—not a field service position.The territory includes:Grande PrairieFort St. JohnDawson CreekGrand CacheRainbow LakeSurrounding production areasThis is a home office-based position with approximately 75% travel throughout the territory. Candidates based in Fort St. John are typically home every evening, while those based in Grande Prairie may occasionally require overnight travel into the Fort St. John area.What You'll BringRequired QualificationsMinimum 5 years of successful outside sales and business development experienceDemonstrated track record of consistently generating new business and growing revenueStrong prospecting, relationship-building, negotiation,
