We welcome newer clinicians and those early in their careers who want a supportive environment that creates a pathway to financial growth as they develop their clinical voice.ResponsibilitiesProvide virtual individual or couples counselling sessions using evidence‐based approaches.Develop and maintain personalized treatment plans.Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in our EMR.Collaborate as needed on care planning, risk assessment, and treatment coordination (new counsellors with under 5 years of experience should have regular contact with a trusted supervisor).Participate in optional consultation meetings.Maintain ethical standards consistent with BCACC, ACCT,
