including senior leadership rolesMechanical or Electrical engineering direct experience in transportation and aviation projectsDemonstrated success managing large-scale, multidisciplinary engineering projectsStrong business and commercial acumen with proven client-facing experienceDeep technical expertise in M&E systems and building design practicesEstablished industry presence, including engagement with organizations such as ASHRAE, ACEC, ASPEAbility to lead high-performing teams and influence across a matrix organizationCompensationAB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $177,000 - 234,000MB & ON: $161,500 - 222,300NB, NL, NS, PE & QC: 159,900 - 212,300Disclosure: The final salary awarded for this role may vary from the above range based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
