We excel at what we do thanks to an unsurpassed commitment to safety, superior customer service and a positive corporate culture fostered by teamwork and collaboration.We are seeking an experienced Manager, Regulatory Compliance to join our management team.Reporting to the General Manager, this position is responsible for implementing and continuously improving the Company's Quality Assurance (QA) Program and, in collaboration with the Manager, Safety, Security & Risk Management, the Safety Management System (SMS), ensuring compliance with Civil Aviation Regulations (CARs), IOSA standards, company policies, and industry best practices.The Manager, Regulatory Compliance ensures organizational compliance with industry standards and regulations, promotes operational safety, and supports continuous improvement across all operational and maintenance activities.Key ResponsibilitiesQuality AssuranceMaintain the Company Quality Assurance Program in accordance with applicable CARs, IOSA standards, and company procedures.Establish and manage an annual audit schedule covering operational and maintenance departments.Conduct and oversee:Internal auditsExternal/vendor auditsFollow-up and verification auditsEnsure audit findings are:Properly documentedRisk assessedAssigned corrective actionsTracked through to closureMaintain a Corrective Action Tracking System.Monitor company compliance with:Regulatory requirementsCompany manuals and proceduresApproved standards and policiesCoordinate responses to regulatory audits and inspections.Liaise with Transport Canada, external auditors, customers,
