Northern Health is seeking a champion with significant management and leadership experience to join our Volunteer Resources department.As part of the Human Resources Leadership team, the Regional Manager, Volunteer Resources is responsible for the leadership, development, integration and administration of Volunteer Resources across Northern Health (NH) sites. Sets volunteer program strategic direction and develops, maintains, and implements systems for effective utilization of volunteers. Serves as the key Volunteer Resources liaison and/or representative for other Volunteer Resources leadership, including organizational partners, external government agencies, and others involved in volunteer resource opportunities.Starting salary will be approximately from $88,990 to $111,237 and will be based on education, training, experience, and salaries of similar positions.Prince GeorgePrince George is the centre of business, education, health and culture for northern British Columbia and services a rural population of about 300,000.
