We're recruiting for an experienced Director, Facilities & Maintenance to lead maintenance operations for a growing warehousing and distribution organization. Reporting to the Vice President, you'll oversee facility operations, preventative maintenance, capital projects, regulatory compliance, and the development of a high-performing maintenance team.Key ResponsibilitiesLead all facilities and maintenance operations across multiple sites.Manage preventative maintenance programs, capital projects, and asset reliability.Oversee maintenance budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.Ensure compliance with OHSA, TSSA, CFIA, environmental, and safety regulations.Lead emergency response planning and continuous improvement initiatives.Manage contractors, vendors, and maintenance service providers.Coach, mentor,



and develop the maintenance team.Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.QualificationsPost-secondary education in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.5+ years of facilities or maintenance management experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, industrial, or distribution setting.Experience managing preventative maintenance programs, facility assets, and maintenance budgets.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Office.Experience with CMMS, PLCs, or industrial refrigeration is an asset.PMP certification is considered an asset.Willingness to travel as required.If you're a hands-on leader passionate about operational excellence and team development, we'd love to hear from you! #J-18808-Ljbffr
