NOTE:Assignment Type: This position is listed as Onsite; the resource is expected to work 7.25 hours per calendar day between the standard working hours of 8:00-5:00 PM (excluding lunch breaks) every Monday to Friday inclusive at the identified OPS office location.Extension/Amendment Attestation:Extensions are permitted only to the extent of unused contract days and/or remaining contract funds. No additional funds will be added beyond the maximum contract value, including any extension options set out in the original SOW.DeliverableEnsure Accessibility standards are met (AODA).Developing and maintaining system design models, program codes, technical documentation, and specifications.Ensure development of application solution is implemented and in accordance with the business requirements.Designing, developing and implementing web applications that work across modern browsers and various platforms and mobile devices.Conducting research and assessment of options for technical design issues.Contributing to design/development project plans, including work breakdown and resources estimates.Assist with data validation testing.Assist and ensure unit testing meets expected functionality requirements.Support User acceptance testing, defect management, resolution.Ensuring compliance with architecture framework and system standards, and Agile Development Methodology.Leading-edge technologies, design criteria including usability, security, and privacy for web and mobile applications.Knowledge transfer and create documentation as prescribed by the Project Manager and Manager.Technical Skills10+ years of experience in the following:Experience in structured methodologies for development, design, implementation and maintenance of multi-tiered Web based, Client/Server and mobile applicationsExperience with J2EE and container Java (Jakarta), MVC, JavaScript/JQuery, XML/XSL, JSON, JPA/Hibernate, Web Services (SOAP/XML, REST), and API design.Experience with relational database technologies (MS SQL 2019 and later), data modelling, T-SQL, stored procedures, tables/views, query optimizationExperience with Azure cloud on-prem data sync using Azure Data Factory pipelines.3+ years experience with development of Azure Cloud services including API Management, Azure Container Apps, Azure Kubernetes Service, Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL Database, Azure Entra ID.5+years experience with Git (GitHub, DevOps) and issue tracking systems.5+ years experience with one or more communications protocols (HTTP, TCP)Experience with making Application accessibility compliant (AODA)3+ years experience building CI/CD DevSecOps pipelines in DevOps including GitHub, Testing tools,
