This role involves operating a forklift in a freezer environment (approximately -20°C) to pick, stage, and move product accurately and efficiently.This is a physically demanding role requiring comfort working in cold conditions and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate forklift equipment (Order Picker / Reach / Counterbalance as required) in a freezer workplace.Pick and prepare customer orders accurately using RF scanner or pick sheetsSafely load, unload, move, stack,
and stage productsPerform inventory checks and report discrepanciesWrap pallets and prepare shipments for outbound distributionMaintain cleanliness and organization of the freezer areaFollow all health & safety procedures, including PPE requirementsConduct pre-shift forklift inspections and report any mechanical issuesMeet daily productivity and accuracy targetsRequirementsRepetitive lifting up to 50 lbsProlonged standing, walking, and operating machineryMust wear freezer PPE (thermal suit, gloves, etc.)Qualifications & RequirementsValid forklift certification (Order Picker required; Reach/Counterbalance anasset)Minimum 1 year experience operating forklift equipment in a warehouse settingExperience working in freezer or cold storage environments preferredComfortable working in -20°C conditions for extended periodsAbility to lift to 50 lbs consistentlyStrong attention to detail and accuracyBasic computer skills (RF scanner experience preferred)Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures #J-18808-Ljbffr
