You'll play a pivotal part in delivering technically sound, cost-effective solutions and mentoring our growing team of engineers.ResponsibilitiesLead complex structural engineering mandates across the mining, energy, and natural resources sectorsOversee structural design and analysis for facilities, industrial structures, and infrastructure in remote and challenging environmentsProvide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers and designersCollaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and contractorsContribute to proposal preparation and business development initiativesPrepare and review engineering drawings, specifications, calculations, and technical reportsCertifications and Job RequirementsBachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master's degree is an asset)Minimum 15 years of relevant structural engineering experienceSignificant experience leading projects in the mining, hydroelectric, and energy sectorsP.Eng.
