Our client is a boutique consulting firm specializing in permitting, regulatory, and environmental advisory services. They support clients in the natural resources and infrastructure sectors, working closely with leadership teams, Indigenous communities, and regulators to deliver complex projects. Their performance-based model aligns their success directly with client outcomes.ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain strong client relationships, including managing scopes, proposals, invoicing, and paymentsLead multidisciplinary project teams, ensuring delivery across scope, schedule, budget, and qualityMonitor and forecast project performance (scope, schedule, budget), and proactively resolve risks and delaysManage contracts, amendments, and external consultants/contractorsDevelop and implement regulatory strategies and permitting plans to support project approvalsSupport and coordinate Indigenous engagement and stakeholder relations, including agreement implementationCollaborate with leadership on project strategy, resource planning,
and business development initiativesMentor and support the development of junior team membersQualificationsPost‐secondary degree in a relevant field7+ years of project management experience in environmental, regulatory, or resource development consultingExperience with environmental and/or socioeconomic impact assessments in BC (other Canadian jurisdictions is an asset)Experience working with proponents, regulators, and/or Indigenous NationsStrong understanding of Indigenous relations, including First Nations rights and titleStrategic thinker with the ability to assess risks and develop long-term solutionsStrong leadership skills, including delegation, mentorship, and team accountabilityAbility to manage competing priorities across time, cost, and qualityExcellent written and verbal communication skills, simplifying complex regulatory conceptsAdaptable and effective in a rapid‐paced, dynamic environmentAssetsPMP designation or equivalent project management trainingKnowledge of environmental assessment legislation across CanadaExperience in the mining sectorExperience working with remote and multidisciplinary teamsSalary: $115,000-$150,000 | Performance Bonus | Paid Vacation | Benefits #J-18808-Ljbffr
