Their performance-based model aligns their success directly with client outcomes.ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain strong client relationships, including managing scopes, proposals, invoicing, and paymentsLead multidisciplinary project teams, ensuring delivery across scope, schedule, budget, and qualityMonitor and forecast project performance (scope, schedule, budget), and proactively resolve risks and delaysManage contracts, amendments, and external consultants/contractorsDevelop and implement regulatory strategies and permitting plans to support project approvalsSupport and coordinate Indigenous engagement and stakeholder relations, including agreement implementationCollaborate with leadership on project strategy, resource planning,
