As a Team Lead, HSSEQ, you will blend technical expertise with people leadership—driving meaningful impact across our projects, clients, and communities.Your ImpactLead, coach, and develop HSSEQ Advisors to achieve performance goals and build capability across the Québec regionDrive alignment with WSP's HSSEQ vision, priorities, and management systems across projects and teamsOversee HSSEQ support for projects, ensuring risk‐based, compliant, and effective deliveryInfluence safety outcomes by identifying risks, analysing trends, and implementing proactive improvement strategiesPartner with business leaders, project teams, and clients to embed protected practices into project lifecycle deliveryLead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions to strengthen performancePromote a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and behavioural safetySupport implementation and evolution of HSSEQ systems and processes at a regional levelThe Skills That Set You Apart8–10 years of experience in construction or industrial project safety environmentsProven leadership experience with the ability to coach and develop high‐performing teamsStrong knowledge of Canadian provincial OH&S legislation and industry best practicesPostsecondary education in Environment, Health & Safety or equivalent experienceProfessional designation (CRSP, CRST, CHSO, or CHSC)
