The team addresses the property and the customer with skill, knowledge, and professionalism while preserving as much of the property as possible while working safely and efficiently on the job site.ResponsibilitiesWork safely in residential and commercial properties that have been damaged by fire, water, storm, and/or moldSurvey damage within the propertyEvaluate and record damage to all items within the propertyAssist with the completion of supply orders for the contents divisionSubmit daily time sheets and code job hours to the supervisorComplete cleaning processes for both contents and structural damage assigned jobsComplete and file documentation on contents and laundry jobsComplete notes of assigned jobs in our primary operating system (RMS)Take photos of jobs assigned at the start, completion, and throughout the processKeep equipment clean and organized in the shopResponsible for unloading trash in assigned areasPerform initial site visitsSet restoration equipment within guidelinesCompetency – Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesKnowledge of technology (iPhone, iPad,
