CBS is mission‐critical, sitting at the intersection of product, sales, finance, and go‐to‐market. Priorities shift frequently, stakeholders have opinions, and someone must hold the line. This position is ideal for a candidate who writes, defends, and drives a playbook in a fast‐moving, high‐stakes environment.What You'll OwnFull product ownership of CBS, the system used to configure pricing, generate quotes, manage packaging, and charge customers.Roadmap, health, and evolution of CBS, including prioritization, sequencing, and long‐term direction.Stakeholder management across a complex, high‐demands landscape. Set priorities and communicate trade‐offs clearly across Sales, Finance, Marketing, GTM, and Product.Monetization partnership with the GTM Monetization team to ensure CBS supports Clio's pricing and packaging strategy.Decision‐making under pressure, forming a clear point of view and advocating it confidently across senior stakeholders.Cross‐functional alignment with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Data teams to keep CBS in sync with Clio's broader go‐to‐market motion.Tooling and instrumentation to provide data, telemetry, and rapid decision‐making capability.What We're Looking ForYou are an exceptionally strong stakeholder manager who can listen, synthesize, prioritize, and communicate decisions that maintain trust even when you can't satisfy everyone.

This is already how you operate.Minimum Qualifications6+ years of product management experience in a B2B SaaS environment.A technical background sufficient to own and make decisions about a complex product system with broad business dependencies.Proven ability to manage a high‐volume, high‐stakes stakeholder environment, prioritizing under pressure and communicating trade‐offs clearly.Strong data and analytical skills, comfortable owning a metrics framework and building the case for investment based on evidence.Excellent communication and cross‐functional partnership skills, influencing without full authority.Based in the US or Canada.Nice to HavesExperience owning a billing, pricing, or commerce system in a SaaS environment.Experience in legal tech or other regulated‐industry verticals.Experience at a company that has undergone significant growth such as Series D or beyond, or post‐IPO.What You Will Find HereThis is a new role.
