The Human Resources Business Partnerreports to the Director, Talent Acquisition and HRBP.

The Human Resources Business Partner has enterprise-wide accountability and partners across Human Resources, corporate areas, and Dynacare's functional groups to ensure cohesive, timely, relevant and effective talent solutions are implemented in alignment with enterprise and business unit specific objectives and priorities. They will have responsibility for British Columbia, Alberta and North Bay, Ontario.

Location : Kelowna, British Columbia with oversight of multi-sites in Alberta and North Bay, Ontario

- Provide business focused, strategic and operational HR advice and solutions to achieve Dynacare's business strategies and objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Participate actively as a member of the leadership team, as the primary HR Business Partner to drive business decisions related to talent and organization effectiveness.Develop an awareness of thebusiness challenges and objectives resulting in a proactive approach to Human Resources.
