We are seeking a Senior Manager, Technology Services who will provide leadership in the planning, delivery, and improvement of our enterprise technology environment.Reporting to the Chief Information Officer, this role is responsible for ensuring that cloud platforms, enterprise business applications, product life cycle, and Service Desk operations are reliable, secure, and aligned with organizational objectives. The Senior Manager partners with business leaders and the Project Management office utilizing a product management approach to build and optimize technology investments, strengthen cybersecurity and data privacy practices, and guide vendor and partner relationships.This is an ideal opportunity for a senior IT leader who enjoys balancing people leadership, product lifecycle management, operational oversight, and modernization in a dynamic, service-focused environment.What you will be doing...Lead, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary Technology Services team, strengthening service delivery, clarifying roles, and building a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvementOversee the lifecycle, integration, and optimization of enterprise applications (finance, HR, payroll, scheduling, CRM, client portals), ensuring they are secure, scalable, and aligned with business needsOwn end-to-end product lifecycle management for internally developed and customized software — from concept through design, build, testing, deployment, and retirement; lead and mentor development staffAdvance cloud and infrastructure modernization (Microsoft 365, Azure, SaaS) by driving automation, standardization, resilience, and DevOps/CI/CD practicesImplement and mature ITIL-based service management practices (incident, problem, change, knowledge), improving user experience, service consistency,
