What Is the Opportunity?Our Enterprise Payments team is undertaking mission‐critical modernization initiatives across high‐value and real‐time payment platforms. In this role, you will serve as the strategic bridge between business stakeholders, operations, compliance, architecture, and engineering—driving analysis, design, delivery, and validation of payment solutions in a highly regulated financial services environment. You will own outcomes across the full product lifecycle, embedding AI‐native practices and regulatory controls into every stage of delivery. If you thrive at the intersection of complex payments technology, cross‐functional leadership, and continuous innovation, this is the role for you.What Will You Do?Own the product backlog, roadmap, and business outcomes for payment processing and platform modernization initiatives; monitor and control delivery activities according to plan.Translate strategic objectives into clear business, functional, and technical requirements across multiple concurrent priorities.Lead requirements elicitation, solution design, and cross‐functional alignment across multiple lines of business.Design and analyze payment capabilities across High‐Value Payments, including Domestic and Cross‐Border payments, SWIFT MT/MX messaging, and ISO 20022 initiatives.Embed sanctions screening, AML controls, and regulatory requirements directly into payment workflows and system design.Continuously identify potential issues, conflicts, and risks; analyze, mitigate, and elevate where appropriate.Champion AI‐assisted delivery practices across the SDLC to drive automation and continuous improvement.Establish strong working relationships across business units and platforms, collaborating with groups to define and achieve deliverables and ensure initiatives are integrated into procedures and processes.Must Have7+ years in Financial Services, Payments, or Banking Technology, with 5+ years in Technical Product Ownership, Business Systems Analysis, or equivalent.Deep expertise in High‐Value Payments, RTGS settlement, SWIFT MT/MX messaging,
