You recognize that while our work exists within Ontario's regulatory and administrative frameworks, every decision we make has a human impact—and that matters.The OpportunityReporting to the Board of Directors, the Executive Director is the organization's senior leader, responsible for advancing the mission, ensuring operational excellence, and strengthening London Bridge's long-term sustainability. You will provide clear strategic direction, oversee programs and operations, and serve as the organization's primary ambassador.This role calls for thoughtful leadership and steady stewardship. You will guide a complex, multi-site organization through ongoing transformation in the early years sector, while keeping quality, sustainability, and core values at the center of every decision.To support a strong and successful transition, the successful candidate will begin in September 2026 and work alongside the current Executive Director through December 2026.
