Position OverviewPosition: Registered Nurse (RN), NSWOC – Part‐time (0.4 FTE)Region: Grey and BruceRequisition Details: Employment Status: Permanent, Part‐time; Program: Visiting Nursing; Hours Bi‐Weekly: 30; Work Schedule: Days, Evenings; On Call: No; Vacancy: Yes – hiring for existing vacancy.Salary: $47.51–$51.51 per hour.Bonus and Incentives: $2,000 Signing Bonus + $5,000 Retention Bonus (6 months); $25,000 CCPN incentive for eligible nurses with a 24‐month commitment.Your RoleAs an NSWOC with VON, you will leverage your specialized knowledge to provide comprehensive wound assessments, ostomy care, and continence management. You will work in clients' homes or clinics, collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary team to create personalized care plans that promote healing, comfort, and improved quality of life.Conduct comprehensive wound, ostomy, and continence assessments and provide evidence‐based care.Develop and implement individualized care plans in partnership with interdisciplinary teams.Educate clients, families, and staff using adult learning principles and evidence‐based teaching materials.Act as a clinical resource and mentor to other care providers, staff, and students.Collaborate with fellow NSWOCs across the province through weekly virtual meetings to discuss complex cases.Required QualificationsRegistered Nurse license in the province of practice.Completion of Nurses Specialized in Wound, Ostomy & Continence Canada (NSWOCC) WOC‐EP program, International Interprofessional Wound Care Course (IIWCC),
