These individuals offer guidance and support to help clients optimize their workforce, enhance employee engagement, and drive organizational effectiveness. At PwC, you will deliver comprehensive support to clients by leading end-to-end organizational, talent, and HR transformation initiatives that align with the organization's overall strategy. You will leverage a wide range of expertise in organizational and workforce consulting, covering areas such as workforce strategy, HR transformation, Payroll transformation, talent development, job architecture, skill assessment, rewards, and organizational design to enhance both employee experience and organizational performance.The OpportunityPartner with skilled PwC professionals on high-profile client engagementsLead a variety of HR engagements covering topics that include but not limited to HR Strategy, Payroll Strategy & Transformation, Organization Design, Function Effectiveness and Design, HR Technology Roadmap and Implementation (including SAP, Oracle, Workday, Dayforce, other Payroll technologies), Workforce Planning, People Analytics & Insights, Job Architecture, Skills Management, Integrated Talent Management, and AI in HRUtilize deep knowledge of future of work trends, talent intelligence, skills-based architecture, skills marketplace and labour data analysis to lead engagements on moving to a Skills-Based OrganizationDraw on hands‐on experience with the shift to skills‐based organizationUtilize deep knowledge of Payroll technology, processes and operating models to drive payroll efficiency and effectivenessDrive the creation of innovative products, accelerators,



and methodologies that define the future of HR and Payroll in the Agentic AI eraManage engagement economics, oversee and deliver high‐quality work, and ensure delivery excellenceLead a wide range of business development activities to help identify opportunities with new/existing clients in collaboration with account leadsKeep up to date on trends across the talent and skills landscape, sharing insights, and contributing to thought leadershipCoach others, recognize their strengths, and encourage them to take ownership of their personal developmentFacilitate and lead innovative and inspiring client workshops and lead client teamsContribute to the development of your own and the team's technical acumen locally, nationally and globally as part of our networkWhat You'll BringMinimum 5 years of experience delivering HR and Payroll transformation services in multiple industries, with proven contributions to HR function transformation in consulting or in‐house rolesProven expertise in spearheading initiatives related to talent intelligence, skills‐based architecture, skills marketplaces, and labour data analysisDemonstrated experience in one or more Workforce Transformation areas, such asPayroll process design, payroll processing, payroll technology implementation and payroll operating model design and implementationShift to Skills-Based Organization – such as job architecture, talent intelligence,



skills‐based architecture and skills marketplace initiativesHR/Payroll Analytics and ReportingExposure to cloud-based HR and Payroll technology implementations (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Dayforce, ADP, other Payroll technologies)Applying generative AI and emerging AI-enabled HR/people solutions to organizational challengesStrong track record of leading and managing teams to achieve sustained results, while mentoring and developing future leadersExperience with assisting or leading in preparing proposals and related presentations to support sales effortsStrong client relationships driven by service excellenceCreative approach to solving client challenges and eagerness to learn and understand processesAbility to multi‐task and manage ambiguity in fast‐paced environmentsA strong communicator and storyteller capable of simplifying complex conceptsPrior experience in a Consulting workplace is highly recommendedHave already obtained or have the ability to obtain federal government security clearanceThe salary range for this position is $112,400 - $162,400. The posted salary range represents the expected hiring range for PwC locations in major city centres. Given our national recruiting approach, ranges may vary for positions in other locations. At PwC Canada, base salary is determined by your skills, experience, qualifications and work location. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may have opportunities to participate in variable incentive pay programs which are designed to reward individual and firm‐wide achievements.
