About the Role

- Deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with BCCNM standards.
- Conduct assessments, administer medications, and manage complex health conditions.
- Develop and implement person-centred care plans.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to team members.
- Foster positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
- Participate in quality improvement and ensure health and safety compliance.
- Model Baptist Housing’s ministry values and practice servant leadership.
- Work in a vibrant and scenic community in Kelowna, located in the Okanagan Valley.

Requirements

- Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree
- A member in good standing or eligible for membership with British Columbia College of Nurses & Midwives (BCCNM)
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Experience as a nurse in a long-term care environment, preferably.

Compensation & Benefits

Level 3 RNs are compensated at an hourly rate ranging from $41.42 to $55.91 as outlined in the Provincial BC Nurses Collective Agreement.
