Come aboard with SYSTRA Canada and be part of the project that will revolutionize the railway industry in Canada!Missions / Main DutiesThe CDE Lead is responsible for the implementation, administration, optimization, and day-to-day operation of the Common Data Environment (CDE) and related digital collaboration platforms. The role ensures that project information flows efficiently through configured systems, workflows, permissions, and integrations that support coordinated delivery.This position focuses on platform configuration, workflow enablement, integrations, user support, access control, and operational performance of the CDE ecosystem.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the setup, configuration, and administration of the Common Data EnvironmentEnsure the CDE supports project delivery workflows, review cycles, approvals, and information exchange requirementsConfigure folder structures, workflows, permissions, roles,



and access controls within the platformCoordinate integration and interoperability between the CDE and connected systems such as BIM, GIS, EDMS, PMIS, and other digital toolsImplement and optimize digital workflows to improve efficiency, traceability, and collaborationSupport automation opportunities across review, approval, notification, and information exchange processesMonitor platform performance, usability, and adoption, and recommend improvementsProvide technical support, onboarding, and user guidance for project teams and external stakeholdersDevelop training materials, user procedures, and practical guidance for consistent use of the CDEApply security and access protocols in line with project and organizational requirementsSupport audits, compliance checks, and issue resolution related to CDE operationsCoordinate with digital, IT, vendor, and project teams to resolve platform issues and enhance system capabilityProfile / SkillsEducationBachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Construction Management, Digital Delivery, or a related discipline. Additional technical training in CDE platforms, BIM tools, or digital project systems is an asset.Years of experience8-10+ years of relevant experience in CDE administration, digital delivery systems, BIM collaboration platforms, or project information environments in complex projects.Technical CompetenciesHands-on experience with CDE platforms such as Oracle Aconex, Autodesk Construction Cloud,



or equivalent systemsExperience with:platform configurationworkflow setuppermissions and access managementuser administrationsystem integrationinformation exchange processesGood understanding of ISO 19650 as applied to CDE implementation and digital project deliveryFamiliarity with integration across BIM, GIS, EDMS, PMIS, and reporting environmentsKnowledge of workflow automation, dashboards, and digital collaboration toolsAwareness of cybersecurity, data protection, and controlled digital environmentsExperience supporting users and delivering training in digital platformsClear verbal and written communication skills, both in French and in English*Reasons for requiring bilingualism: You will have the opportunity to work with a varied clientele, including both French- and English-speaking companies.
