Position Overview

We are hiring a Sales Supervisor-retail, to work in our Petro Canada, located in Radium Hot Springs, BC.

Position: Sales Supervisor-retail

Vacancy: 1

Wage: $24-$25 /hour

Working Condition: 30 – 40 hours a week.

Working (Business) Location: 4921 Highway 93, Radium Hot Springs, BC V0A 1M0

Duties

- Supervise and coordinate sales staff and cashiers.
- Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules.
- Authorize payments and the return of merchandise.
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages.
- Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise.
- Prepare reports regarding sales volumes,



merchandising and personnel matters.
- Hire and train or arrange for the training of recent sales staff and monitor and report on performance.
- Ensure the visual standards and image of the store are maintained, such as store displays, signage and cleanliness.

Requirement

- Completion of secondary school
- 2+ years of supervisory experience in the retail sales field
