What is the opportunity?Program Manager, Physical Security Technology, will lead the modernization of our enterprise physical security technology program across 25+ countries. In this role, you will champion the strategic vision, deployment, and evolution of our integrated security systems while fostering collaborative partnerships across the organization and with external vendors.What will you do?Lead the strategic vision, modernization, and lifecycle management of enterprise physical security technology systems globally across 25+ countries, serving as an advocate for program success across all stakeholder groupsBuild and maintain strong vendor relationships and partnerships, including contract oversight, SLA monitoring, and strategic business reviews; position vendor solutions as competitive advantages to internal stakeholdersDevelop and communicate clear implementation frameworks, driving adoption and alignment across global operations through compelling business cases and executive storytellingNavigate organizational complexity by collaborating with diverse internal stakeholders (Lines of Business, Facilities, IT, Corporate Security, Investigative teams)Champion change management initiatives to facilitate smooth transitions during system implementations, technology upgrades, and process improvements; communicate value and impact to all organizational levelsManage program metrics, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives to demonstrate value, build stakeholder confidence, and inform strategic decision‐makingProvide strategic guidance on system enhancements and operational improvements, translating technical capabilities into business benefitsEstablish data‐driven program governance using performance metrics and validated assumptions to protect scope and budgetWhat do you need to succeed?Must‐have5+ years of proven experience leading large‐scale,
