As an Assistant General Counsel at Invenergy, you will focus on energy infrastructure and project development. This role requires 5-7 years of experience in project-related legal matters, overseeing construction and procurement agreements. You’ll provide expert legal counsel to various teams, ensuring compliance, and managing outside counsel when necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide legal support for construction and procurement agreements
• Manage and select outside counsel as needed




• Review and ensure compliance with internal policies
• Advise on general commercial contracts for the company
• Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders
Requirements:
• JD degree required
• 5-7 years’ relevant experience, preferably in-house or law firm
• Skilled in drafting energy-related agreements
• Excellent communication skills
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
