Responsibilities

- Carpentry: Perform carpentry work, such as installing shelves, repairing doors, and building structures as needed.
- Painting andFinishing: Ensure that interior and exterior surfaces are well-maintained through painting and finishing tasks.
- FixtureInstallation: Install and repair fixtures,
such as lighting, faucets, and other hardware.
- EquipmentMaintenance: Keep tools and equipment in good working condition; report any malfunctions or need for replacements.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and troubleshoot issues with building systems, equipment, or structures and implement effective solutions.
