As a Senior Technical Product Manager, you will shape and drive the strategy behind these low-level capabilities—turning technical potential into product-enabling power. A key focus area will be the evolution of Deep22, our initiative to build robust scraping pipelines and fallback data sources that improve affiliate data completeness, deeplinking accuracy, and partner integration performance. Your work will directly impact monetization opportunities, script reliability, and user experience across Stay22's suite of products.Key responsibilitiesPerform Research, including user research, technology assessment and market analysis to identify new opportunities.Align and coordinate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize pain points to unlock new paths to partner success and monetization.Own Phantom's technical strategy and roadmap, aligning it with cross-squad priorities and the company's objectives and key stakeholders.Gather and synthesize user requirements from research and internal stakeholders (internal product teams, engineers, business teams, marketing, finance, etc.)Define success metrics, own Phantom's impact measurement, and communicate its value across Stay22.Collaborate in Go-to-market activities with Product Marketing.RequirementsStrong technical fluency—you can comfortably translate complex engineering concepts into product implications and vice versa.Experience collaborating with deeply technical teams,
