About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Cybersecurity & Information Security Officer to lead the enterprise cybersecurity strategy and protect the organization from cyber security risks. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing security operations, solutions, and ensuring that cyber risks are identified, managed, and reported to executive leadership. This role involves close collaboration with executives, corporate risk, regulators, and external partners to enhance security while supporting business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, with CISSP, CISM, or CISA certification preferred, and at least 10 years of senior leadership experience in IT,



with a focus on cybersecurity or information security.

Key responsibilities for this role at the company include leading the development and maintenance of a cybersecurity program aligned with business priorities, promoting a secure by design culture, and managing the department's budgets. The role also requires the ability to build and lead high-performing cybersecurity teams, as well as strong executive communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
